There[SQ]s no such thing as "Windows (7-10-11) for Windows". Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 are *versions* of the Windows operating system. You wouldn[SQ]t install one version *on top of* another version in the way the phrasing implies.
You can only have one version of Windows installed on a single boot partition at a time. To switch between versions, you need to completely uninstall one and install the other. You can, however, run multiple versions of Windows using a dual-boot setup (installing them on separate partitions). This allows you to choose which version to boot into at startup. Virtual machines (like VirtualBox or VMware) are another option; they let you run a different version of Windows *within* your existing Windows installation as a simulated computer.
