There[SQ]s no such thing as a "Gnome Partition Editor (GParted) Live" for Windows. GParted is a Linux-based partitioning tool. It runs within a Linux environment, not within Windows. You can, however, use a GParted Live USB or CD/DVD to boot your computer into a Linux environment and then use GParted to manage partitions on your Windows hard drive (though doing so requires caution). But it[SQ]s not a Windows program itself. Windows has its own disk management tools.
