Active Data Studio (ADS) is a free, open-source, and cross-platform database management tool. While it[SQ]s cross-platform (meaning it works on Windows, macOS, and Linux), its Windows version is simply the version of the application designed to run on the Windows operating system.

ADS provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for interacting with various database systems, including but not limited to :

The Windows version offers the same core functionality as the other versions: querying, data browsing, schema management, data import/export, and more. Essentially, it[SQ]s the same powerful tool, just tailored to work within the Windows environment.
