TikTok for Android *is* Musical.ly. In 2017, ByteDance, the company behind TikTok, acquired Musical.ly. They then merged Musical.ly[SQ]s features and user base into TikTok. So there[SQ]s no separate "TikTok including Musical.ly" app; the current TikTok app on Android incorporates all the functionality that was previously part of Musical.ly.
