اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلمُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَاتِ، وَالمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَاتِ، الأحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأمْوَاتِ، اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِ مَرْضَانَا، وَارْحَمْ مَوْتَانَا، وَعَافِ مَنْ بِهِ مِنْنَا دَاءٌ، وَثَبِّتْ مَنْ بِهِ مِنْنَا مَرَضٌ، وَانْصُرْ جُنُودَ الإِسْلامِ، وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى مَنْ عَادَانَا، وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى أَعْدَائِنَا، وَانْصُرْنَا وَلا تُنْصِرْ عَلَيْنَا، وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنَ المُتَّقِينَ، وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ أُمُورِنَا خَيْراً، وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ أُمُورِنَا خَيْراً، وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ، وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الجَنَّةِ، وَأَعِذْنَا مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ، وَصَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلِّمْ.

Translation :

O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and women, the believers, men and women, the living among them and the dead. O Allah, heal our sick, have mercy on our dead, grant health to those among us who are ill, and strengthen those among us who are afflicted with illness. Support the armies of Islam, and help us against those who oppose us, and grant us victory over our enemies, and support us and do not grant victory over us. Make us among the righteous, and grant us good in our affairs, and make us among Your righteous servants, and make us among the people of Paradise, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. And send prayers upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions and grant him peace.
